Husk’s Ware transforms rice husks, an agricultural waste that would otherwise be burnt, into attractive, biodegradable table and kitchenware. This “tinkgkat” carrier (or “tiffin carrier”) modeled after heritage shophouses is especially eye-catching. (More about the architecture of these historic shophouses here.) It has 3 compartments with individual lids that can be stacked and secured with a red silicone strap. Husk’s Ware suggests using the carrier for picnics but we are content to display it at home as a conversational piece and to hold snacks and other knickknacks.
